A leading holding group is seeking an experienced Strategy & Performance Manager to lead corporate strategic planning and performance management across the holding company and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group objectives, operational excellence, governance effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term and mid-term strategic plans across the group and its subsidiaries
- Ensure strategic alignment between subsidiary business plans and overall group direction
- Conduct internal and external strategic analysis to identify growth opportunities and business risks
- Design and implement an integrated corporate performance management system and KPI framework
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance across subsidiaries and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare executive dashboards, strategic reports, and Board-level presentations
- Oversee governance implementation, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, PMO, and operational departments to ensure strategic integration
- Lead and develop the Strategy & Performance team to achieve high performance standards
- Support business transformation, innovation initiatives, digital transformation, and expansion opportunities
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for growth
Experience Required:
- 5–9 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, corporate performance management, or business transformation
- Previous experience within holding groups or diversified business environments
- Proven experience working directly with executive leadership and Boards of DirectorsCore Competencies:
