Job Description

Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, allowances, and other employee benefits.
Maintain and update salary structures, job grades, and compensation records.
Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Handle attendance, overtime, deductions, leave balances, and payroll adjustments.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and relevant statutory requirements.
Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, cost analyses, and compensation-related reports.
Support annual salary reviews, increments, promotions, and bonus calculations.
Analyze compensation data and provide reports to support management decisions.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of payroll and employee compensation information.

Requirements & Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
Experience in payroll preparation and reviewing salaries, incentives, allowances, and benefits.
Experience in salary structure management and salary benchmarking.
Experience in compensation analysis and labor cost reporting.
Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
Experience in a large organization or FMCG environment is preferred.
