Senior Production Specialist

· Supervise daily production operation.· Lead and manage production engineers and operators.· Ensure daily and weekly production plans are achieved.· Coordinate with the Planning team to prepare and execute production schedules.· Monitor actual production versus planned targets.· Investigate production delays and implement corrective actions.· Improve machine utilization and minimize downtime.· Reduce production waste and increase efficiency.· Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety standards.· Coordinate with the Maintenance department for equipment availability.· Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.· Coach and develop junior production engineers.· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.· Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety standards throughout production.· Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.· Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation procedures.

· 5–8 years of experience in food manufacturing.· Experience in production planning.· Strong Microsoft Excel skills.· Leadership and team management skills.· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
