Job Description

Handle incoming tourism inquiries from international clients and travel partners.
Design customized itineraries, tour packages, and tailor-made travel experiences.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and detailed travel programs according to client requirements.
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques and follow-up.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, DMCs, and other suppliers.
Recommend suitable tourism products, excursions, accommodation, and additional services.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate client records, quotations, and booking information.
Monitor tourism products, destinations, pricing, and market developments.
Ensure professional communication and excellent customer service throughout the booking process.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Previous experience inIncoming Tourism is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to sell travel products and convert leads into bookings.
Strong experience in designing customized itineraries and tour packages.
Good knowledge of Egyptian destinations, attractions, and tourism experiences.
Experience dealing with international clients, travel agents, or overseas partners.
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
Strong negotiation, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with GDS or travel reservation systems is an advantage.
Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or Business-related qualifications are preferred.
