Job Description

Execute risk-based audit assignments according to the approved plan.
Perform testing over transactions, customer files, reconciliations, controls, and supporting documents.
Review compliance with policies, procedures, and FRA requirements.
Identify control weaknesses and draft clear audit observations.
Support audit planning, reporting, and follow-up of corrective actions.

Requirements & Qualifications

3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Internal Audit or Compliance.
Experience in asset management, fund management, capital markets, fintech, or other FRA regulated financial services is preferred
Good knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, AML/KYC, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to perform audit testing independently and prepare clear working papers.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
