Senior Financial Analyst

Lead the preparation and consolidation of periodic management reports, including P&L, BS & CF statements, sales performance, cost analysis, and variance reports.Coordinate the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as requested by the CFO or senior management.Monitor key business metrics, analyze trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.Assist in preparing financial presentations and dashboards for executive meetings.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.Support ERP and BI system enhancements and automation of reporting processes.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in the same role.Excellent proficiency in English(written and spoken).Strong understanding of financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and Cash Flow (CF) reporting.Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
