Management of sales promoters team within the area, ensuring compliance with internal policiesPerformance development through overcoming challenges and applying impactful thinkingResponsibility for product promotions, distribution, stock availability, and pricing control in the market and across storesSet creative approaches for selling OPPO devices, especially new launchesFollow up on sales promoters’ hiring, training, daily activities, and weekly/monthly reportingBuild strong relationships and maintain smooth communication with customers after sales to handle inquiries and issuesSupport the achievement of growth targets for both existing and new devices

Bachelor degree is a must.1-3 years experience in sales.Strong communication & problem-solving skills.Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office.High flexibility & adaptability.Resident of Dekrnis or nearby location within Daqahliya governorate.
