Job Description

Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and outfits.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Promote new collections, seasonal items, and ongoing promotions.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Ensure merchandise is properly displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
Replenish stock on the sales floor and maintain product availability.
Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing new merchandise.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store.
Participate in inventory counts and stock audits as required.
Stay updated on product features, fabric types, sizing, styling, and fashion trends.
Provide accurate product information and styling advice to customers.
Demonstrate knowledge of current collections and promotional campaigns.
Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, card, and other payment methods according to company procedures.
Support exchange and return transactions in line with company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications
