Job Description

Develop sales strategies to achieve business and sales goalsProvide coaching to sales managers on the company's sales strategiesProvide forecasts to leadership for sales organizationsImplement B2B and B2C channels strategy by developing long term relationships based on win-win approach to ensure business objectives are met and to position BTC as a strategic business partner.Perform orientations and presentations to team members regarding the assigned projects.Remain knowledgeable about our markets and best practices.Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goalsPlan, monitor and appraise the performance of the sales team, by implementing the company performance management system to ensure all team members are effective & meet their targets.
