Job Description

Develop B2B opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, power, renewable energy, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Understand technical requirements and recommend suitable cable management solutions.
Build relationships with Engineering, Procurement, Maintenance, QA/QC, and Project teams.
Conduct customer visits and technical discussions.
Prepare quotations and technical offers, and follow up on opportunities.
Identify new projects, applications, and business opportunities.
Support product development based on real market requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Industrial B2B Sales.
Strong technical understanding and ability to learn new products quickly.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deal with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Strong follow-up and business development skills.
Good command of English.
A hunter mindset — someone who can create opportunities, not just wait for leads.
Electrical, MEP, EPC, or industrial products.
Cable management, electrical accessories, or fastening systems.
Power, renewable energy, infrastructure, and construction projects.
Industrial or manufacturing environments.
Technical specification and project-based sales.
