Job Description

· Cooperating with sales team by receiving sales orders, creating accurate orders forms, and sending it to our office in Dubai.· Receiving proforma invoices from our Dubai office, ensuring accuracy and compatibility, and sending the revised invoices back to clients.· Following up with clients regarding payments documents & details.· Tracking progress with both the clients, and Dubai office regarding the documents, and procedures.· Handling all bank details and documents required for all orders.· Preserving accurate & organized documents, records, and reports.· Maintaining good relations with clients, presenting the company professionally.· Following up on shipments as requested.· Preparing required reports when needed.

· Fluent English is a must have.· 2-3 years of experience as a coordinator.· Excellent Microsoft office programs proficiency.· Basic knowledge about logistics and shipping procedures.· Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.· High communication & presentation skills.· Excellent organizational & determination skills.· Attention to details.· Potential to learn.· Team player.
