Job Description

Lead and manage local and foreign purchasing teams.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers.
Negotiate with suppliers and manage annual contracts.
Ensure timely delivery of purchase orders and track purchasing requests.
Manage the procurement budget and achieve long-term cost savings.
Prepare the annual procurement budget and coordinate purchasing plans with other departments.
Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager.
Strong knowledge of local and foreign purchasing, sourcing, and procurement techniques.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Excellent command of English.
Proficiency in procurement reporting and data analysis.
