Planning Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for executing demand and supply planning activities, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and developing accurate production plans to support business objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, optimize planning processes, and drive operational excellence across the supply chain.

• Execute demand and supply planning activities to ensure alignment between customer demand, inventory, and production capabilities.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts using market insights, sales data, and business trends.
• Create daily and weekly production plans while monitoring performance against targets.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize product availability and minimize stock risks.
• Analyze planning performance, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning reliability and operational efficiency.

-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.-4–6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Production Planning.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.-Advanced Excel skills and a passion for continuous improvement.-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
