Job Description

Conduct workload analysis using observation, stakeholder meetings, and data review to assess efficiency and resource utilization.
Perform market benchmarking and research to support staffing levels, role design, and organizational efficiency.
Develop and update organizational structures to enhance workflow, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
Assist in the development of KPIs and departmental objectives aligned with institutional strategy.
Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Design and review job roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs.
Support departments in defining functional deliverables and performance measures.
Prepare analytical reports and recommendations to enhance the workflow.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
