Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Organization Development (OD)

Manager to lead organizational effectiveness, transformation initiatives, and capability development strategies.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping organizational structure, culture, and performance systems to support long-term business growth.

ResponsibilitiesLead organization design and restructuring initiatives to improve efficiency and effectivenessDevelop and implement OD strategies aligned with business objectivesDrive change management programs across departments and leadership levelsDesign and improve performance management systems and frameworksConduct organizational assessments, capability mapping, and gap analysisDevelop succession planning and leadership development strategiesManage job evaluation, job grading, and organizational hierarchy structuresFacilitate culture transformation and employee engagement initiativesWork closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with business strategyDesign and implement competency frameworks across the organizationSupport workforce planning and talent optimization initiativesAnalyze organizational data and provide strategic recommendations

Minimum 15 years of experience in Organization Development or HR strategic rolesStrong background in OD frameworks, organizational design, and change managementProven experience in large, complex organizationsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent stakeholder management and leadership influenceExperience in performance management systems and competency modelingAbility to manage transformation projects across multiple business unitsStrong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Requirements & Qualifications
