Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operational tasks and ensure timely execution.Coordinate with internal teams to maintain efficient workflows.Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.Handle operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.Support process optimization and implement operational best practices.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Assist with special projects and other operational initiatives as needed.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.A collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
