Job Description

Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across different business functions.
Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls.
Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to identify potential risk exposures and emerging trends.
Monitor operational risk incidents, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Follow up on risk mitigation plans and ensure timely implementation of agreed corrective actions.
Review and update operational risk policies, procedures, and risk registers.
Prepare periodic operational risk reports and dashboards for management.
Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities and testing exercises.
Ensure compliance with applicable FRA regulations and internal risk management policies.
Coordinate with business and support functions to enhance risk awareness and strengthen the internal control environment.s.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2–6 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk Management, preferably within banking or financial institutions.
Good understanding of Operational Risk Management frameworks and methodologies.
Practical knowledge of RCSA, Risk Assessment, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
Experience in operational risk incident reporting, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation.
Knowledge of internal controls, COSO Framework, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Very good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
