Organizational Design & StructureDesign, review, and develop the organizational structure in alignment with business strategy.Develop and update job descriptions across all departments.Ensure role clarity and eliminate overlaps in responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience2–4 years of overall HR experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development.
