Organizational Design & StructureDesign, review, and develop the organizational structure in alignment with business strategy.Develop and update job descriptions across all departments.Ensure role clarity and eliminate overlaps in responsibilities.

Performance ManagementDesign and manage the performance management system (KPIs, appraisals).Monitor performance evaluation cycles and analyze results.Recommend performance improvement plans for individuals and departments.

Policies, Procedures & SOPsDevelop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.Ensure proper documentation and standardization of business processes.Monitor compliance with approved policies and procedures.

5.

Change ManagementLead organizational change initiatives and transformation projects.Support departments during change implementation and manage resistance.Measure and report the impact of change initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience2–4 years of overall HR experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development.
