Fresh graduate (Class of 2024, 2025, or 2026).clear Military service statusBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering,Alex Resident onlyTechnical SkillsKnowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery.Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation systems is a plus.Knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software is an advantage.Good communication and teamwork skills.Problem-solving and analytical thinking.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
