Math Teacher (Maternity Cover 3 Months )

Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with curriculum standards.Plan daily lessons that build foundational math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and problem-solving.Use various teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group work, and technology integration, to enhance student understanding.Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and class participation.Provide individualized support to students struggling with math concepts.Communicate regularly with parents about student performance and areas for improvement.Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and improve teaching strategies.Prepare teaching materials such as worksheets, visual aids, and interactive tools.Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

This role is for 3 months only as it is maternity cover from the starting of new Academic year 26/27.Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.Proven experience teaching math at the primary stage at National Language School.Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Familiarity with technology and educational software to support instruction.
