Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Counsel with a strong background in Real Estate Development and Property Registration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing legal matters related to real estate projects, contracts, registrations, and corporate legal affairs.

Work Location:Head Office – New Cairo Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.Handle all property registration procedures and dealings with relevant governmental authorities.Manage land and property due diligence processes.Follow up on legal registrations, title deeds, and ownership transfers.Provide legal advice regarding real estate transactions and development projects.Represent the company before governmental entities and public authorities when required.Coordinate with external law firms and legal consultants.Review customer contracts and ensure legal compliance.

Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters when necessary.

Prepare legal reports and provide recommendations to management.

Bachelor's Degree in Law. 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Development, Property Registration, and Legal Affairs.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian real estate laws and regulations.

Proven experience in property registrations, land acquisitions, and governmental procedures.
