Job Description: Help employees solve basic computer and technical problems.Install and set up computers, laptops, printers, and software.Support users with Windows, Microsoft Office, and email issues.Reset passwords and help with user accounts.Troubleshoot basic network and internet problems.Record and follow up on IT support requests.Assist the IT team with daily technical tasks and equipment maintenance.Escalate complex issues to senior IT engineers when needed.
