Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
Ensure stable operation of LAN, WAN, wireless, and internet connectivity across all departments and production sites.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime in production and office systems.
Implement and manage network security protocols, including access controls, antivirus, and intrusion prevention systems.
Provide technical support for users across departments including engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and administration.
Maintain documentation of network architecture, equipment, and configurations.
Work with global IT teams to align with Midea Group’s IT policies and standards.
Assist in network-related aspects of smart factory systems (e.g., IoT devices, MES systems, PLCs, and automation infrastructure).
Perform routine maintenance and apply firmware updates to all networking equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2:4 years of experience in network administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
Familiar with industrial Ethernet networks, VLANs, and wireless deployments.
Experience with Cisco, H3C, or Huawei networking equipment is an advantage.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+, HCIA) are preferred.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software.
