Experience: Typically 5-7 years in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a direct managerial or supervisory capacity.Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain software, Enterprise Resource Planning , and logistics reporting tools.Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
