Assess incoming resumes (receive applicants' emails and screen CVs to select suitable candidates).Maintain the candidates’ database (Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases and actively use the recruitment tools).conducting phone interviews and scheduling interview appointments.Explain job details to candidates and answer their questions & inquires.Handle the orientation of new employees.
