We are looking for a sharp, commercially minded Head of FP&A who operates at the intersection of financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), you will cover all our products, platforms, and group companies.

This is not a reporting role.

You will be expected to answer the questions that shape how we allocate capital and grow: which business lines deserve more investment, why we're hitting or missing our targets, how much cash each business generates or burns, what the financial return looks like on a new product or market, and where we'll be in 12 months under different scenarios.

You will be the financial co-pilot to executive leadership, owning the FP&A infrastructure, keeping a tight grip on cash flow and runway across the group, challenging business heads on unit economics, and translating complex data into clear commercial decisions.

The ideal person thinks like a strategist, models like a finance professional and communicates like a business partner.Also should be using AI as a power user not just basic knowledge or light use.

You should be able to show real examples of how AI improved the speed and quality of your analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience.
Background in tech, SaaS, marketplace, or a similarly fast-moving industry, you understand unit economics, not just accounting. (Experience in scale-ups or investment banking is a plus)
Strong financial modeling skills, you build 3-statement models, ROI frameworks, and scenario analyses from scratch, not just maintain them.
Proven cash flow management experience: rolling cash forecasts, working capital, and runway planning across multiple business units or entities.
Professional, daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or finance-specific AI), not just basic knowledge or light use.

You should be able to show real examples of how AI improved the speed and quality of your analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Proficient in ERP reporting tools, like Odoo and NetSuite.
Bachelor's or Masters in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;

CFA or CMA is a plus, not a must.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar) is a plus.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities, including building processes, templates, and reporting structures from scratch in a lean or evolving finance environment.
Strong communicator, you can explain a financial story to a non-finance audience without dumbing it down.
Experience using Python or R for deeper statistical or financial analysis.
Background in growth analytics or forecasting models.
Experience building or scaling a finance function from the ground up.
