Job Description

Oversee daily operations across all project sites, the warehouse, and manufacturing.
Plan, monitor, and control budgets, costs, and company performance.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Manage equipment fleet utilization, maintenance, and availability.
Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, and procurement.
Oversee manufacturing workflow, productivity, and quality control.
Lead, develop, and evaluate department managers and staff.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Prepare regular reports for ownership/board and support business growth plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred) or Business Administration;Minimum [10–15] years of experience, including at least [5] years in a senior management role.Experience in construction, heavy equipment, or industrial/manufacturing companies.Proven ability to manage multiple sites and large teams.Strong financial, planning, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Good command of English and [Arabic / other language].Willingness to travel between project locations.
