Job Description

Manage the end-to-end foreign procurement cycle, from requisition to delivery.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with international suppliers.
Manage supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery.
Negotiate commercial terms, payment conditions, lead times, and Incoterms.
Coordinate import, shipping, customs, and required documentation.
Monitor international markets, prices, FX impact, and supply risks.
Analyze landed costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate ERP records.
Lead and develop the foreign procurement team.
International sourcing & procurement
Supplier negotiation & management
Import, shipping & customs procedures
Incoterms and international payment methods
L/C and T/T
Landed-cost analysis
ERP and Microsoft Excel
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Leadership and team management
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness
Decision-making and prioritization
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent English is required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
7–10 years of experiencein procurement, with strong experience in foreign/import procurement.
Previous supervisory or Section Head experience is preferred.
Manufacturing, textile, garment, or industrial experience is an advantage.
Professional procurement/supply chain certification is a plus.
