Job Description

A leading and fast-growingFood & Beverage Groupis seeking an experienced and commercially mindedFinance Directorto lead its finance function and play a key role in driving sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

•

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee the company’s overallFinance & Accounting function*.
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Prepare and manageannual budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and cash flow projections*.
Provide accurate and timelyfinancial reporting and business performance analysis* to senior management.
Drivecost optimization, margin improvement, and profitability enhancement* across operations.
Establish strongfinancial controls, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks*.
Overseeworking capital, cash management, payables, receivables, and liquidity*.
Monitor and analyzeFood Cost, Beverage Cost, Labor Cost, Prime Cost, and operating expenses*.
Partner with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Commercial teams to improve financial and operational performance.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
Manage relationships withbanks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders*.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to theCEO and Executive Management*.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field*.
10-15+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably within the*F&B, Hospitality, Restaurants, or Retail sectors*.
Proven experience in asenior finance leadership position*.
Strong understanding ofF&B financial metrics, cost structures, and unit economics*.
Excellent knowledge ofFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control*.
Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Hands-on experience withERP systems and advanced Excel*.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional certification such asCPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent* is highly preferred.
