Job Description

Identify and develop new international customers and markets.
Maintain relationships with existing overseas clients.
Prepare and negotiate quotations, prices, contracts, and payment terms.
Receive and follow up on export orders from confirmation through delivery.
Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, Engineering, QA and shipping teams.
Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents when necessary, only
Monitor shipments and supply to assist where required in resolving delivery or customer issues.
Research international markets, competitors, and customer requirements.
Follow company export policies and applicable customs/trade regulations.
Prepare sales reports and monitor monthly/annual export targets including but not limited to sales volume/Margins and revenue/Price or product mix adjustment.
Support international required sales and marketing activities (Including product portfolio refinement)
Work toward achieving export sales, revenue, and customer-retention targets

Requirements & Qualifications

Alexandria Resident
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or any related field
Excellent in English
Excellent in MOS programs
