Job Description

Manage and update the company’s online stores and e-commerce platforms.
Upload and update products, prices, descriptions, and images.
Process and follow up on online orders from order placement to delivery.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with relevant departments.
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide a smooth online shopping experience.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Analyze website and online sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
Ensure that product information and online content are accurate and up to date.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce or a related role.
Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales operations.
Good command of Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Good command of English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
????Location:Gesr El-Suez, Cairo
????Working Hours:9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
????Days Off:2 days per week
