Job Description

Track all e-commerce orders from confirmation until delivery.
Monitor shipping companies and their delivery success rate.
Follow up on failed, delayed, returned, and refused orders.
Coordinate with couriers to resolve delivery issues.
Monitor COD collection and reconciliation.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on:
Orders shipped
Delivered orders
Delivery success %
Return-to-origin %
Failed delivery reasons
Average delivery time
Identify operational problems and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and shipping partners.
Ensure orders are processed within agreed SLAs.

Requirements & Qualifications

Good inMicrosoft Office, especiallyExcel and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge and experience withShopify.
Good in English, both written and spoken.
