Job Description

Floyd is an established Egyptian fashion brand with multiple branches and warehouses across Egypt.

We are launching our online store,floydstore.net, starting with premium bags and shoes.

We are hiring a Head of E-Commerce to fully own and lead our online business, with full authority and full accountability for results, reporting directly to the owner.You will be responsible for everything from the moment a customer finds us until the money is collected:Own online sales targets and the full e-commerce P&L: revenue, margins, marketing spend, delivery costs and returns.Build the seasonal e-commerce plan, offers and promotions, including major events such as White Friday and Ramadan.Fully managefloydstore.net(WooCommerce): product listings, stock accuracy, UX, checkout and conversion rate.

Direct the web development partner on fixes and improvements.Lead media buying and social media (Meta, TikTok, Google), including budgets, creatives and ROAS.

Grow Floyd's social media presence.Set up and maintain tracking and analytics (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics).Own the full order cycle: confirmation, packing, dispatch, delivery, exchanges and returns.Select, negotiate with and manage shipping and delivery companies with clear SLAs.

Reduce cancellations, failed deliveries and returns.Own cash collection: COD settlements with couriers, payment gateway settlements and full reconciliation with the accounts team.Build and manage customer service across WhatsApp, phone, social media and the website.Hire, lead and develop the e-commerce team: media buyers, content creators, moderators, customer service and fulfillment staff.Report weekly and monthly on sales, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, CAC, delivery success rate, return rate and collections.We offer full ownership of the online business, a leadership role building the department from the ground up, and an attractive package with performance-based incentives.

Requirements & Qualifications

6+ years of e-commerce experience, including at least 3 years leading an online store end-to-end, preferably in fashion, footwear or retail in Egypt.
Proven track record of growing online sales with measurable results.
Strong hands-on experience with WooCommerce/WordPress (Shopify is a plus).
Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, pixel tracking and analytics.
Solid experience managing courier companies in Egypt (e.g.

Bosta, Aramex, Mylerz, J&T), including COD collection and reconciliation.

Experience with online payment gateways (e.g.

Paymob, Fawry, Kashier).

Strong commercial and financial sense: P&L, unit economics and budgeting.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.

Proven ability to build, lead and hold a team accountable.
Excellent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
Results-driven, highly organized and able to perform under pressure during peak seasons.
Based in or able to commute daily to Haram, Giza.
