Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team at a leading hosting company.

The ideal candidate should have a basic IT background and a strong interest in web hosting and technical support.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through tickets, email, chat, and other support channels.

Troubleshoot basic hosting, domain, email, DNS, and website-related issues.

Provide clear and professional solutions to customers.

Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Escalate advanced technical issues to the appropriate technical team.

Document customer issues and solutions accurately.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of cPanel/WHM.

Basic Linux knowledge.

Understanding of DNS records and domain management.

Basic knowledge of FTP, SSL, and Email Hosting.

Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support is a plus.

Requirements & Qualifications

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1 year of experience is preferred.Graduates of ITI are highly encouraged to apply.Good understanding of basic IT concepts and troubleshooting.Basic knowledge of Networking, Windows/Linux, Domains, DNS, and Web Hosting is a plus.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.Good command of English, written and spoken.Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
