Job Description

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
Respond to customers through phone, email, or other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Achieve assigned customer service and quality targets.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary

Requirements & Qualifications

University graduates only.
Fresh graduates are welcome; previous experience is not required for selected accounts.
English level:B1+.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Good computer skills.
Males & females are welcome.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Flexibility to work according to the assigned account's shift schedule.
Competitive salaries starting from10,000 EGP Net + Variable, depending on the assigned account.
Salaries up to15,400 EGP Grossfor selected accounts.
Medical & Social Insurance.
Paid training.
Training period:1 month.
Fixed morning or rotational shifts depending on the assigned account.
