Job Description

Job Summary-:We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Engineer to join our Construction team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor agreements, analyzing project BOQs and contract items, supporting pricing activities, and ensuring proper contract execution in line with project requirements and company standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review subcontractor agreements and contracts.Analyze BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Define subcontractors’ scope of work and payment terms.Participate in pricing and cost evaluation activities.Coordinate with procurement, technical office, and project management teams.Evaluate subcontractors technically and commercially.Monitor contract compliance and variations.Support in resolving contractual issues and claims.Prepare comparison sheets and contract-related reports.Ensure all contracts are aligned with project budgets and timelines.

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontracting procedures.Good knowledge of BOQ analysis and pricing.Experience3–6 years of experience in contracts engineering within the construction field.SkillsContract ManagementBOQ AnalysisPricing & Cost EvaluationNegotiation SkillsTechnical CoordinationAttention to DetailCommunication SkillsProblem Solving
