Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (Master’s degree is a plus)
3–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or FMCG marketing
Proven track record in marketing strategy, brand management, or go-to-market planning for FMCG brands
Solid knowledge of the Saudi and GCC markets, including consumer behavior, retail landscape, and key FMCG players
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to own a workstream, structure analysis, and develop high-quality client deliverables
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging mid-to-senior client personnel
Fluency in Arabic and English
