Job Description

1.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for communication and support.

Plan and execute community initiatives, events, and activations that drive engagement, add value to clients and to all parties

Monitor and handle client satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance overall client experience.

4.

Handle client requests and complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and high service standards.

5.

Contribute to business development efforts through loyalty & partnerships, collaborations, and event-driven opportunities.

6.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, facility management) to ensure seamless community operations.

7.

Manage and optimize the Smart Village Community mobile app experience, while supporting facilities enhancement initiatives including accessibility modules such as gates and parking systems to improve client convenience and operational efficiency.

8.

Logging & tracking metrics, surveying, maintain reports, and generate insights covering engagement, satisfaction, retention, and revenue contribution for monthly presentations

Bachelor Degree.Expereince in Real estate market.High Communication and negotioation skills.
