Job Description

- The full B2B sales target, broken down by brand, division, and channel- Go-to-market strategy and channel coordination ,no cross-purposes, no double-covering clients- Media buying direction: targeting, creative review, spend vs. target- Catalogue and cart offers (bundles, discounts, seasonal pushes) in partnership with brand managers- End-to-end app catalogue accuracy and health- Hiring, coaching, and holding a team of supervisors accountable

- 8+ years in commercial, sales management, category, or trade marketing- 3+ years managing a sales team (FMCG, beauty, or e-commerce a plus)- Proven track record owning and hitting a sales target through a team- Experience running multiple sales channels (field, telesales, KA) simultaneously- Strong people leadership ,hiring, target-setting, coaching, accountability- Sharp with data ,reads sales by brand/channel to drive fast decisions- Nice to have: beauty/fragrance category experience, masstige vs. selective/luxury exposure
