A fast-growing precious metals analysis and refining company is seeking a highly proactive and strategic-minded professional to support the Founder & CEO.Job FocusThis role goes beyond traditional executive assistance — combining high-level administrative support with business development coordination, supplier research, and strategic operations.

Key Responsibilities Provide executive support: schedule management, communication handling, and prioritization of CEO tasksConduct market research to identify suppliers of smelting and extraction process materialsCreate and maintain a database of potential suppliers, including contact info and product offeringsInitiate contact with suppliers, request quotes, and prepare evaluation summariesCoordinate meetings, RFQs, and preliminary contract discussionsPrepare weekly reports on supplier engagement and business development opportunitiesSupport cross-functional coordination between internal departments

3+ years experience in executive support, operations, or business developmentStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to conduct independent research and supplier outreachProfessional bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)Experience in industrial supply chains is a plusAbility to Travel
