Job Description

Manage the day-to-day performance of assignedcategories, trackingsales, GMV, gross margin, and other keycommercial KPIs.
Supportcategory growth plansand identify opportunities to improvesales, profitability, and category performance.
Build and maintain strongsupplier relationshipsand coordinatepricing updates, promotions, product launches, and other commercial activities.
Supportsupplier negotiationscoveringpricing, payment terms, rebates, credit terms, and promotional agreements.
Monitorsupplier performanceand compliance with agreed terms andSLAs, while following up onpurchase orders, stock availability, and replenishment.
Manage and optimizeproduct assortmentby identifyingSKU performance gaps, assortment opportunities, pricing issues, andcustomer demand trends.
Conductcompetitor and market analysisto supportpricing, assortment, and category decisions.
Analyzecategory and SKU performanceand prepare regularweekly and monthly reportswith actionable recommendations.
Work closely withSupply Chain, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Successteams to executecategory initiatives, campaigns, and launches.
Maintain accuratepricing, product, and promotional dataand supportperformance trackers and dashboards.
Help ensureproduct availabilityand minimizeout-of-stock situationswhile maintaining smooth day-to-day category operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

1–3 years of experiencein Category Management, Commercial, Buying, Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
AdvancedMicrosoft Excelskills.
Power BIis preferred.
Experience working withsupplier management, pricing, promotions, assortment, or commercial performanceis highly preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership.
