Job Description

Sinai University (Cairo Head Office) is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Call Center Officer to join our Student Recruitment team.If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping others, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.Assist prospective students and parents with admissions inquiries.Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.Deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting enrollment goals.
