We are looking for a results-driven and innovative Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy across a diverse range of pesticides, agrochemicals, and bio-solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated brand strategies for pesticides and agrochemical products
Enhance brand positioning and market share across various sectors
Lead marketing campaigns (online and offline) in line with business objectives
Collaborate closely with the Our Teams to translate technical information into effective marketing messages
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support decision-making
Manage brand identity, communication, and product positioning
Oversee digital presence, content creation, and promotional activities
Track performance, KPIs, and ROI for all marketing initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field* 7-10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Experience in agrochemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, or the agricultural sector is highly preferred
Strong strategic thinking and skills Analytical Skills
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to simplify technical concepts and transform them into compelling marketing content

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field* 7-10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Experience in agrochemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, or the agricultural sector is highly preferred
