Job Description

Assist the HR Director in managing the workforce-changing initiatives.
Lead organization design, restructuring and workforce optimization initiatives.
Develop and implement OD frameworks, competency models, job architecture and career paths.
Drive manpower planning, succession planning and talent management.
Lead performance management and KPI frameworks across the organization.
Identify organizational capability gaps and design development and change-management initiatives.
Provide HR analytics and workforce insights to support strategic decisions.
Partner with senior management and business leaders on organizational effectiveness and change.

Requirements & Qualifications

10–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
Strong hands-on experience in OD, organization design, workforce planning and performance management.
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian labor regulations.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
