Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review architectural working drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, design intent, and applicable standards.Coordinate between design consultants, site team, and contractors to resolve technical issues.Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and quantity take-offs.Support procurement and cost control processes through accurate technical documentation.Conduct site visits to ensure proper implementation of drawings and provide technical support.Review and respond to RFIs and technical queries.Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all technical office activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.5–8 years of experience in Technical Office within construction or engineering companies.Strong experience in architectural shop drawings and coordination.Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials.Familiar with local building codes and regulations.
