After-Sales Operations Engineer

Oversee the performance and commitment of Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) within the assigned region.Ensure timely closure of pending repairs, meeting the promised service timelines to customers.Act as the primary point of contact for ASPs, resolving operational challenges and ensuring smooth service delivery.Continuously assess and enhance ASP coverage to ensure optimal service reach and efficiency.Support business growth by identifying and onboarding new ASPs in line with market expansion strategies.Analyze ASP performance data to identify weaknesses and implement targeted improvement plans.Develop and maintain backup service coverage plans for each region to ensure service continuity.Monitor ASPs’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company standards.Enforce company policies by applying appropriate disciplinary actions for ASP misconduct.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.3:5 years of experience in supervising ASPs or similar service operations.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Good presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.Good command of English (spoken and written).
