Job Description

Establish accounting policies, workflows, a chart of accounts, and cost centers for each project.
Select and implement suitable accounting software and organize existing financial records.
Manage daily accounting operations, including receivables, payables, cash, banks, advances, and contractor payments.
Supervise and train accounting staff, ensuring accurate entries and supporting documents.
Monitor project costs in coordination with the QS and cost control team.
Lead monthly closing and prepare financial statements, project profitability reports, and cash flow forecasts.
Coordinate with the external accountant on tax filings and statutory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven accounting management experience in contracting, finishing, or interior design companies.
Demonstrated experience building accounting systems and implementing accounting software.
Strong knowledge of project accounting, Egyptian tax requirements, and Excel.
Strong leadership, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
