Lead the talent acquisition cycle for both corporate office roles and high-volume retail positions (Store Managers, Shift Leaders, etc.).Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of talent, especially for new store openings across various governorates.Track and report on recruitment metrics.

Bachelor’s degree; an HR Diploma is a must7–10 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role, ideally within Retail, FMCG, or F&B.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment while managing mass-hiring needs.Strong competency-based interviewing techniques.
