Lead and manage employee training and development programs.Identify training and skill development needs across departments.Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.Support leadership development and employee career growth.Work closely with managers to improve team performance.Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.Manage multiple learning projects and training schedules.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field.+3 years of experience in Learning & Development.Strong experience in training delivery and program development.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders.Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
